For all the participants:

• Liquid: Water and a bottle of Powerade 500 ml
• Solid: 1 banana of Gabaceras, 1 Muesli bar Hero, 1 little bag nuts and 3 cookies

As every year, the Provisioning will take place at the PARQUE CIENTIFICO Y TECNOLOGICO DE BIZKAIA (two points; fork distribution).

After the provisioning, the participants will come back together on the same road to con continue the routes Clásica and Vivero. The Short route will leave el Parque in the opposite direction.
